Hi all! I’m Katelynn and I am the Marketing Director here at Southern Loom. Rebekah asked me to write the blog post from my perspective because the pictures are of me and my husband. I started working with Rebekah in October of 2013, and I have loved getting the chance to work with Rebekah and promote Southern Loom! I am a recent graduate and newly wed! Charlie and I got married September 1, 2013. Since I was a little girl I dreamed of planning my own wedding. The dress, the venue, the flowers and linens all fell in place but the day itself flew by. When Rebekah asked if we would be willing to do this photo shoot I was MORE than willing. I get to wear my dress again, which is a chance that most brides don’t get! The day leading up to the shoot was busy much like a wedding day, we did two other shoots that day with mine being the third.Working with Krista Joy Photography and Rebekah was so much fun, they both have such a talent. The pictures came out more beautiful than I could have imagined.
We would like to thank everyone who helped us with this wedding shoot. Thank you to Krista with Krista Joy Photography for all of the beautiful pictures, visit kristajoyphotography.com. Brockman, owner of Enchanted downtown, graciously lent us the nineteenth century French candelabra. This fabulous French settee photographed in this shoot was found by Rebekah at a local estate store and she only paid 100 dollars for it! She painted it and then had Phil’s upholstery shop reupholster it in a neutral gray linen. Thank you to Sarah Louise from Irvington Springs Farm who donated all of the flowers and our dear friend for the use of her farm!
Hope you all enjoyed these pictures! Stay up-to-date with what we’ve got going on at Southern Loom by liking us on facebook! Facebook.com/southernloom
